Manager of the Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation

Manager of the Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation - Banja Bansko is Justina Gnoinska - Dimitrieva. She has a university degree in policy and a specialization in pedagogy. Mrs. Gnoinska - Dimitrieva has been manager of the Institute since 2007. She is born in Poland, where she also finished her education and has been living and working in the Republic of Macedonia for 25 years.

Her main function in the Institute is management and she has been doing her job with huge dedication. She always makes efforts for the residents to receive excellent care and helps them in their socialization, education and work in particular fields. In order to achieve all of these things, the manager together with the residents frequently participate in international seminars. There she is able to exchange opinions and develop cooporation with other institutes of this kind from the European Union. Because of the nature of the Institute, the manager's tasks and commitments are very complex so the collaboration with various Ministries in the Republic of Macedonia is inevitable.

The manager also organizes events, schedules tasks, looks after the discipline and of course represents the Institute at every events in and out of the country. She proposes the working plan and takes care of the legal matters. Another duty of the manager is the report regarding finances that together with the accomplished programs are handed to the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy.
